We ask that you please be respectful of our property, as we’ve worked very hard to create a unique and fun experience for you as our guests! Smoking is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. Absolutely NO pets allowed. No Parties: This house is only for use for those who booked it. We strictly do not allow parties of any kind. No unexpected guests. Quiet hours are strictly enforced 10PM-8AM to respect our neighbors. You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house during your stay. If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP – it will help us address any issues quickly for you and for our future guests. Pickleball Court: Please keep the balls contained within our fences. Paddles and balls will be provided but must remain at the property. We ask that all pickleball activities end once the sun has set to respect our neighbors. Indoor Fireplace: Please DO NOT touch the disco balls. If damaged or missing, you will be held financially responsible to replace them. Outdoor Fire Pit: Please remember to turn the fire pit to OFF and the propane tank to CLOSED when finished using. Pool: Absolutely NO glass allowed in the pool. Please use plastic cups if you wish to have a beverage while using the pool. Please dry off using the striped pool towels before re-entering the house. Please do not use the white bath towels at the pool. Cowboy Hats: Hats may be used during your stay but must NOT leave the property. You will be held financially responsible for any hat that is damaged or missing. Trash: Please place all trash/recycling in the appropriate trash bins in the garage. Toilets are for toilet paper ONLY. No grease in the sink please! Please remember this property is our house and not a hotel. We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making this house an amazing experience for you as our guests! Please be respectful of the property and the neighborhood. Our cleaning service is hired to only clean linens, bathrooms, and surfaces. They DO NOT clean up unnecessary trash or mess left behind. If there is any damage or excessive mess incurred during your stay, your group will be held responsible. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Grant’s place was an amazing choice for my birthday weekend. Every detail from the decor and activities to the cleanliness and communication. Everything was so spot on. Definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Austin!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for our group was the pickleball setup — we had a blast playing and it really made the stay memorable. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit, which was perfect for relaxing, talking, and winding down after a full day. Everything was well thought out, from the amenities to the layout, and the host was easy to communicate with. This place was ideal for both activity and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.

Very cute house! There’s lots to do inside and there’s large dinning table (both inside & outside) to fit the whole family for Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the pickle ball and cornhole. Tons of space for nice pictures too!

Grant was the most incredible host. This booking suggested a birthday decorator Bach Babes that was incredible. He checked in on our stay and made things so easy for my friend group. Couldn’t ask for more!
